On April 23, 2019 I was a patient at this Urgent Care and was treated by PA Beatrice. I was given the utmost professional care. After treatment, Beatrice encouraged me to go directly to the ER because my situation could have been life threatening. I was very sick, however I was fortunate my critical tests came out negative at the ER. Throughout the week Beatrice had called my to see how I was doing which I consider going above and beyond. Again, the employees at this Urgent Care were not just knowledgeable, but had a human side of truly caring for the patients. This gives me great confidence in Jackson about the health care at this Urgent Care facility.

They improperly billed my insurance THREE years ago and by the time I needed to come back was told it was too late for my insurance to back pay. They REFUSED to see me, even though I HAVE INSURANCE to cover this visit as well, unless I paid up front the balance from their mistake, in full. A sick (with the flu) patient was denied medical care because CLEARLY their one and ONLY priority is taking your money. The office staff was incredibly short, rude and unsympathetic. I will never step foot back in this building.
