We do not go by your credit score to determine if you will be a good fit for The Pines At Cold Harbor but we do run a credit & criminal check.

Pet Policy:

We welcome cats and dogs, as long as they weigh less than 35 pounds at maturity! -Maximum Capacity - Two Pets Per Residence -Breed Restrictions Apply - Pet deposit is a fully refundable, one-time $299 deposit - No Pet Rent!!

We are NOT income based, but we are an affordable housing community and have minimum and maximum income limits as follows:

1 bedroom - $26,460-$26,940
2 bedroom - $31,380-$33,660

Minimum income needs to be 2.5X the rent, or with manager's approval 2X with good landlord reference.

We also have a few "market apartments" that do not have maximum income limits!!
